Wholesale Terms and Conditions

 

Wholesale Discount Prices
Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that resell our products to the consumer through an established retail store or web site. Please provide a copy of your resale license, or State Tax ID to verify eligibility.


Current prices and suggested retail prices are posted on our web site at

www.us.milenikashoes.com. We do not exercise control over retail prices except to the extent that we only offer deeper discounts to high volume customers that follow our suggested retail prices.

 

Minimum Order
Minimum Order Quantities are 72 units or 6 cases. Footwear is sold by case lots only, consisting of 12 pairs per case of the same style, same color in various sizes. Case lots are pre-packaged by style and color. Sizes vary according to customer requests. Colors cannot be mixed.

 

Product Samples
We do not supply product sample(s) free of charge. Sample orders are exempt from our minimum order requirement.

 

Placing Orders

 There are several ways to place your order.

  • Submit your order via our wholesale site at www.us.milenikashoes.com.
  • You must be a registered user to view this page. If you have not yet registered, please go to the website, click on "Log In" then "Create New Account". Follow the prompts and submit your information.

Lead Time
Production time is 4-6 weeks after ordering. If you have a rush order request, please let us know and we will exert extra effort to try to expedite your order if possible.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please provide a physical ship-to address. Shipping is FOB Factory. Costs are determined at the time of shipping and are passed on to the customer. You will receive a packing list with your order. 

Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
You must notify our office of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will then either issue you a credit or send replacement product at no charge. Milenika Shoes accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.

Returns
Our goods are guaranteed to satisfy the customer’s sales expectations. In the event that the customer wishes to discontinue as a partner with Milenika Shoes, we will issue a credit to the customer if product is returned in sellable condition within 30 days of original purchase date.

 

 

Payment
Payment is received in US dollars or EUR. First order customers are required to pay 100% up front prior to order being placed.

 

Credit Cards: We accept the following credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Direct deposit to Milenika Shoes bank account is available by request.
